publication printed on premium stock.
Deadline for space reservation is the 11th of the preceding
month.
First-time advertisers must pre-pay the first insertion and
supply standard credit information (bank information and three
trade references). Once credit is established, subsequent
insertions will be invoiced. 3% discount is applicable for
all pre-paid orders. Invoice terms: 2% 10, Net 30 days. Invoices
are considered past due if not paid within 60 days. We reserve
the right to add 1% per month finance charge to any invoices
that remain unpaid beyond sixty days.
